How GK1 Energy handles your information

GK1 Energy ("GK1 Energy," "I," "me," or "my") respects your privacy. This page explains what information I collect through gk1.energy, how it's used, and your options.

Information I Collect

When you fill out the contact form or book a consultation, I collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Your town and state
• What you're interested in (e.g., residential solar, commercial solar, a second opinion on an existing quote)
• Your rough monthly electric bill range
• Who referred you, if applicable
• Any additional details you choose to share about your property or situation

If you book a call through my scheduling page (Cal.com), that booking is handled directly by Cal.com's platform, which has its own privacy policy governing that process.

I do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

How I Use Your Information

I use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up with you directly
• Evaluate whether solar, storage, heating/cooling, or backup power makes sense for your property
• If you decide to move forward, connect you with the appropriate regional installation partner to carry out the project

I may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your inquiry. I do not run automated marketing text campaigns. If that ever changes, I'll update this policy and how consent is collected.

Sharing Your Information

I don't sell your information. I do share it in limited, necessary circumstances:

• With the regional installation partner I connect you with, if and when you choose to move forward with a project
• With service providers I use to run this business, currently a CRM platform (Zoho) to manage inquiries, and a scheduling platform (Cal.com) if you book a call, who process your information on my behalf and aren't permitted to use it for their own purposes

How Long I Keep Your Information

I retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services discussed.

Your Choices

You can contact me at any time to ask what information I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email bill@gk1.energy or call (978) 358-1296.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
